RD0901

RD0901 – Gasoline standalone  – RD0901 is a standalone gasoline engine management system that can support engines from 1 cylinder to 12 cylinders. With expertise and technology built over half a decade of involvement of engine control systems, the RD0901 was built with commonly used features with options to upgrade.  It’s a fully scalable system with the following standard features

  • 4 cylinder individual injection
  • 4 individual coil drive (5V, 12V, active high and active low trigger)
  • Standard operation limited to 10000RPM
  • Standard analog Inputs for
    • Manifold air pressure
    • Throttle position
    • Engine temp.
    • Air temp.
    • Lambda
    • Manifold air flow
  • Inputs from Crank and Cam sensors ( Variable Reluctance, Magnetic, Hall Effect, etc.)
  • Options to switch from stock ECU to mode to RD ecu mode
  • Launch control
  • Rev limit
  • Injection and ignition compensated for
    • Engine temperature
    • Air temperature
    • Altitude
    • Battery voltage
    • Air-conditioning
    • Target idle
    • Rate of change of RPM
  • Accelerator enrichment – single axis (rate of change)
  • Support for turbo/supercharging – 1.5 bar over atmospheric (250kpa absolute)
  • VTEC/MIVEC control
  • All maps can be Read-Locked
  • Idle control based on
    • Engine temperature
    • Cranking state
    • Rate-of-change of throttle
